@@saadikahani Brother Realstate is a dead investment and in Pakistan it is a parking lot for black money. IK gave amnesty and black money got white through this money. Once amnesty was closed, in IK Govt property came down and before that black money got white and poor small investors got stuck.

@@saadikahani Economy of whole world go in cycles, their come recession and then good times. Inflation is coming down and so are the interest rates. Expectations are that interest rates will come down to 12 to 14 percent by end of this fiscal year. Then construction sector will also start to grow.

@@Abu_Yahya2210 that’s also true bubble generated with all the amnesty and overseas investors investments and when it exploded the market showed a great downfall but I must add that the real demand of real estate is still there and we need somewhere around 4M houses all over Pakistan per annum.

B-17 is not wholly approved by CDA, its chunks fall within CDA i.e Phase 1, and rest (D block onward) is subject to NOC approval from RDA because it fall within Rwp. please give complete information to your viewers.
