Bharat Bhai, I am a system integrator. I have faced same problem with one of the Hikvision DVR two weeks ago. When I was unable to unbind it with SADP Tool, I called up customer care. They instructed me to send the DVR to service centre. Luckily they fixed the issue without any charge although this DVR was 4 years old.

I agree with you Bharat Jain... HIKVISION hasn't proper solution after warranty period. At the end of the day, we have to response the customer. customer knows us , not the company. Hikvision has to improve their service.

We can not Fight with such big companies.. You are the "Voice of Customer's Problem".. Together we can we will.. ...And we Wish Company will take this video in Positive Way.. and make their after sales services much better..!! If they want to survive..!!

Sir, we never recommend Hikvision to any customer, as there service is very Poor and their customer support is not as Supportive as Dahua or CP Plus. We only go with Dahua, their Service and customer support is best.

Log into your Hik-Connect account and manually delete the device. Use the Hik-Connect unbind function when connected to the same router as the device. Unbind devices by the local unbinding function of back-end device.

yes sir. apke sath hai hm cp plus me bhi bhut issue hai. hikvison same issue unbind DVR hik 2 16 channel. nhi hua. to. company' ne pement rokdi ..

Sir bilkul correct bataya aapne mere Saath bhi aisa hua hai sir kisi bhi chiz ka problem ho to motherboard change karna padega and out of warranty hai aisa bolte hai jab ki system ko 6 months hi hue hai

Cp plus ki tarah hona chahiye.. Ye UNBIND ek badi problem hai, it's a big issue, but CP Plus is very easy that's why reason CP Plus is improve day by day..

CP plus is the best brand. Using 3 cpplus DVR for more than 7 years now. Never faced any problem till date.

Mera ak 32 chainnel NVR tha waranty samapt ho gayi thi waranty samapt huye 3 mah hua tha hdmi support nahi kar raha tha maine sarvice centre bheja waha se bola Gaya poora motherboard chenj karna padhega maine customer se bola itna kharcha lagega customer bola Mera NVR de do meri saide chhoot gayi us din se hikvision brand lagana band kar diya ab cp plus dahua zoail ventron trueview hi focus etc. Lagana shuru kar diya ab achha Paisa bhi milta hai achhi sarvice bhi aur sukhi bhi ho Mai Harish ayodhya up se hu

Yes, I sent a mail about an unbind issue of an Ezviz IP camera to Ezviz in other word Hikvision but there was no response at all whether they can help or not.

Brother i face problem in Poe side my system is new in hikvision g/bit 8 port Poe switch after 30 meter camera get supply his infrared on if covered but data not transfer it's not show in nvr not in sadp tool can you help me how to solve this problem

I have faced same kind of issue, I had upgrade the dvr firmware provided by hikvision official person and then it stopped working. Now the are saying send it to service center and service center is saying it will cost approx 1500/- to 2000/-

I got & face really same issue ... Company said us motherboard issue... For password forget client .... password reset ... Nobody give solution .... I agree ....

Hi bharat ji ! We are also system integrator in Delhi. We have faced the same issue with hik vision brand. What is the your preference in similar brand. We are currently working with industrial Bosch, pelco sony etc.

I have face this situation and I get success with firmware update this DVR .

भरत सर आपसे निवेदन है कि हिक्विसन पर सहयता के लिए मदद करे Dvr सुधारने के लिए दिया जाता है यहां कहा जाता है कि पार्ट अवेलेबल नहीं है वापस कर दिया जाता है बिना सही किया

Abhi tak service ke hisab se dekha jaye to HIKVISION ka service bahut hi kharab raha hai. Or customer and installer ki koi parwah nahi karta. Service time bhi bahut jayada lagate hai agar hikvision ka product Acha nahi hota to koi bhi nhi purchase karta. Lekin iss service issue ke sudhaar ke liye kuch na kuch hona chahiye.
