Craig I grew up in west Texas as a kid, my dad was old school cowboy. He taught me, let go of that saddle horn and would reprimand me for doing it. When I was young I could ride really well. I have found now that I’m 70 I need to grab that horn or the cantle at times on a young horse. So glad to hear it’s okay ….but I have found it’s a really hard thing to change. Could have saved my ass many times over the years…just keep hearing daddy say “let go of that saddle horn” and just ride…sound dumb but true. ❤️🐴
