• Instantly mixed and injected Resin forms a 100% barrier seal around the individual cores of the cable.
• Prevents explosive gases and/or liquids transmitting down the cable. Complete with thread sealing gasket.
100% Safe and Effective
QuickStop-Ex liquid resin flows into and fills all the voids in unfilled multi-core cables displacing all air and guaranteeing a 100% perfect barrier seal. Unlike traditional putty filled barrier glands which require specialized skill and care to install.
Ease of Use
QuickStop-Ex Injection Resin has held in 2-injection syringes and with a vortex mixing nozzle, it requires just one hand to mix and apply. Unlike sachet mix liquid resins requiring two hands to mix.
Instant Accurate Mixing and Simultaneous Injection
QuickStop-Ex Injection Resin is instantly and accurately mixed and then simultaneously injected in just one action through the vortex-mixing nozzle, completely eliminating the time taken as well as the
risks involved which are prevalent when premixing other forms of resins.
Quick Setting
QuickStop-Ex Resin sets in just minutes, at 20°C it takes 15 minutes and at 30°C it takes just 10 minutes to set.
Longer Shelf Life
Because QuickStop-Ex Injection Resin is held in two separate mixing tubes, there is no risk of diffusion between the resin and the activator, as is the case with a sachet mix system.
Therefore, there are no cumbersome cold storage requirements.
