Money is the root of all evil as it's said because the things that people will do when money is their motivation.. is unbelievable. I'd be curious as to what the statistics are in comparison with crimes that involve money. It's not evil or wrong to have money.. it's the lack of moral to gain money that it is the issue. The greed within the heart that starts and the way it begins to blind people towards humanity because of money. There are so many people constantly begging for money.. though these days the beggars are more well dressed. If they really wanted or needed money to say feed or clothe others.. why can't they work for it rather than have a stall in the shopping centres or door knocking? Then it would be more believable they actually care about the cause. Things like car washes or baking stalls or holding a fete is what the churches used to do. Now it's holding a tin can or setting up a stall with expectations that people should just give money because they have a poster with a kid on it etc. With all the talents people have and what .. they can't earn that money for the cause they believe so much in?
