very good explanation sir it was a charming explanation with a sexy voice with impresive and detailed examples.
The example on the boy assumes the height of the boy. The question says boy standing on a tower. Meaning the height of the boy should have been given. The calculation assumes the boy head is just aligned with the top of the tower. Otherwise good work with the visual aspect of the calculations.

It should be the final result minus the hight of the boy, since he is on top of it, not below it.

No bro,we don't always use tan45° we sometimes use other tangent ratio too. If we took tan45° only then y do we say "tanθ" and not "tan45°" while considering unknown angle. ?? This shows that we don't only take tan45°

We should take tan because in the question they asked us to find opposite side If you choose sin the you have to find hypotones which is not mentioned in the question.

We can take sin teta if we need to find oppo or hypo,according to the given values and the value we need to find,we can change trig ratios.👍👍
