What a bakwaas way of reading out the circular.... Is this even useful in anyway ?

Dear what kind of language it is. It's ok if you don't want to listen don't listen to it. It's just for those teachers who are not getting time to check the circulars as I am also a teacher. So it's kind request if you are not intrested to listen don't watch. It's just for my teachers who are really intrested in updating themselves not for the persons just like you. Who is being a teacher using such language. Thanks for your feedback. It shows the mental level of yours. Thanks once again.
