Kim Hunter, the star of tonight's story, was heard on 23 episodes of CBS Radio Mystery Theater. Kim starred in 3 Planet of the Apes movies. She died in New York City on September 11, 2002 at age 79.

Well, well... I used to hear this show on the radio when I was young, but I couldn't remember the title. I did however remember the intro - the creaky door and the ominous music that followed. Thank you for this.

That creaky door used to annoying me but now it's like my cuckoo clock, I don't pay attention to it at all.
