Honda bikes are same.. they are extremely nimble in lower RPMs but becomes a monster after crossing mid range RPMs. Typically, this is Honda's power delivery system.

One word for you Strell : SMOOTH. KEEP IT UP. I am no Pro rider but I must say as a lay man, you are a smooth rider. You teach a lot to the youth riders out there. Fast and smooth is the best combination according to me. Out of all the riders I have seen till date on youtube, I must say I really admire your riding style.

I am very critical whenever buying my bikes. I’ve had a lot of sports bikes. Got a big cruiser (V-star 1300 tour deluxe) why, because all my riding friends had big cruisers. For the last 6 yrs I’ve never lost the desire for sport bikes. I sold the V-star this winter without telling them because I knew they would deter my choice. With all the sporties out there and after watching your vid, the CBR650r is going to be the best choice for me. 👍🏾

Great Review. What I love is that it talks about real aspects as opposed to dry facts which give you no sense of using the bike itself in the real world. I have booked this and have a painful waiting period before I can get my hands on this. As you might know, there is no test ride bike in Bangalore (at least there wasn't the last time I visited Silicon Honda). I would love for you to answer some of my questions. - How is the heat in bumper to bumper traffic? - Can you please expand a little more on the ground clearance? - While I am sold on the positives, any negatives you think might be good to know for future owners such as I? I know this is a long list of questions. This being a new bike, there is a dearth of ownership review and first ride reviews just aren't the same. Would appreciate some input when you get the time.

Most of the bikes have a torque screw to adjust the height of low/high beam. Please check in the next service. The rear shocks are adjusted to the softest setting by default. Get it checked. The bottoming issue should resolve. There are touring helmets and then there are race focused helmets. Check out which one suits you more. Also, the double bubble is very much needed for your touring purposes. Very concise and informative review. Keep driving and sharing. Wishing you happy miles ahead.

Hi Strell, big fan of ur videos. I just wanted to ask you abt the ground clearance of all these sports tourer. Are they (120-150mm) good enough for indian roads? Couze on highways when ur cruising 100+ and all of a sudden u get a bump (without any marking, couze its india) u tend to run over it. In that case u'll be damaging ur bike from bottom, and u don't want to do that, couze bike is love!

Would you be doing an update review on this, wrt ownership, the paid service and the spare parts costs. Also, which dealership do you prefer for servicing in Bangalore and why. Looking forward for this.

Another excellent video sir, also I'm a little curious about the power and torque, here in the UK the same machine has 94hp and 64nm of torque, does this mean the bike is restricted in India?

Hi you made an awesome video! I have a question please answer as per best knowledge and confort! When you ride the cbr650r and the kawasaki z900 the punch is same?? I mean like z900 has amazing torque , the bike literally jumps if one releases the clutch, does it feel same or almost same on the cbr650r? Does the cbr650r feels agressive in power?

it sounds somewhat similar to Triump 675 3 Cylinder. that Electric motor kind of sound, sounds great.
