Bhai ur thinking a lot... The engine material is very strong and robust, moreover if you fall on high speed which can damage ur bike more than you think forget engine. I would suggest get frame sliders.. you'll thank me later. Btw I own cbr 650r and it's been 1 year recently.

It can happen even in bikes having dampers, it just depend upon the road you are riding, Once you hit an undulation and your front wheel lands on wrong angle tank slapper is introduced, hope this helps!
