Hi! They have a third party delivery service that they use for deliveries. All of the shopping though has to be in person :)

can you tell me the location of the outlet with the factory storage close by ??

Hey Jim. Yes, it’s the CB2 and Crate and Barrel outlet in Naperville, Illinois. I don’t have the factory address but if you contact the outlet, they can give it to you. There are a few different CB2 outlets around the states.
