Cave Church
Modderpoort, a place of worship for many Christians, Traditional healers, and Khoi-sans is also a heritage site for others, many people visit this site on a weekly bases to pray to Prophetess Mantsopa Makhetha, sister to the late King Moshoeshoe of the Basotho, this heritage site contains four different sacred sites, namely: The cave church, Mantsopa's grave, San Rock Paintings and the Priory of Saint Augustines. Because this site is used by so many worshippers, the Department of Tourism decided to renovate it, with some very interesting and challenging results.

I visited the area on 2015 gor spiritual growth of my brother i saw feture in there i qant to visit again

Rich indeed. I've heard of Mme Mantsopa but I didn't know she was a princess let alone sister to the late King Moshoeshoe

Nkhono Mantsopa was a Mosotho prophettess (sp). so I dont understaand how come her grave is not in Thaba Bosiu in Lesotho where many Heroes are burried. well I will try find out more about her death. she was an amazing Mosotho charater. Nkhono oa rona.
