Always cooking in fields, fresh farm produce on firewood, without using any of the modern kitchen appliances, always grinding fresh turmeric paste & paste made of dry red chilli and so on, somany specialities. Last but not the least "feeding the needy". Hats-off to you all guys. I feel like tasting your recipes once, of course, only vegetarian ones.

'Arumai'/awesome, what I've noticed... 1. the freshness of the vegetables/ingredients... wish i could get such fresh vegetables 2. they use minimum powdered spices, they grind their fresh spices which is authentic to Tamil's cooking. Ppl hardly do this nowadays, even professional chefs don't, all prefer to use powdered spices due to convenience. 3. their energy, speed and teamwork... this amaze me most. Their energy level seems to be at the peak all the time :) 4. their noble effort to feed the mass 5. sharp blades 6. though they were playful at times they seems to know what they are doing and enjoying it 'Unggalukke yen valthukkal, muyarchi thodarettam, magilchi'

They are from village..they have to get into fields every now and then..so they make it a habit..some people even dont like wearing it..I can understand you..but what I am trying to tell is that they are adapted to withstand such situations..
