At my amma place we used to do typical Brahmin style dishes majorly, but at my aam they do not follow it at all, and so has to be my cooking unfortunately😖. Agrahara Recipes thank you mami for replied.actualy im in brama kumaris rajayoga maditation.so use to listen audio frm various brama kumaris brother like bk saravana kumar.he tell in one of the audio that pure saatvic food must avoid onion,garlic, and also mullangi .this three things not good for soul and at the same time it will interupt our connection with god when we are doing deep raja yoga maditation.this is what i came to know through him mam.
