‘Caught up in words’: Joe Biden fails to get his words out in speech
The Daily Telegraph Tim Blair says Joe Biden gets “caught up in the words” when delivering speeches.
US President Joe Biden has had another gaffe whilst delivering a speech, where he heavily stumbled on his words.
Mr Blair said the two scheduled debates with Donald Trump is “two too many” for Joe Biden.
