I think he got 2 1/2 years and she didn't get any jail time. Doesn't quite make sense since she was she was on top of him creating the action I assume. Maybe he resisted arrest.

If you think this warrants a felony charge and 15 years in prison, there's something seriously wrong with you. A misdemeanor and some community service, at best.
