Please stay safe. That storm looks like our storms (PNW) in the winter and in the fall with leaves clogging up storm drains with the East wind blowing hard. Sending you and others prayers in the Midwest.

That was a fascinating storm. What the city needs to do, is what our city did by putting huge underground storage tanks down by the lake. Any excess water goes into the tanks. As each one fills, they flip a switch, and all the water goes right to the water pollution control plant. The water is cleaned,then it's released slowly into the lake. I used to drive in those kinda storms in Florida all the time in spring/summer. If on a freeway, everybody stopped. You just try to get home before it hits! 😅

Yesterday at night, I heard my parents talking. I went outside and I saw lightning of my room and we had a tornado warning and a really bad thunderstorm and lightning storm, but we are lucky that it passed and tornado didn’t happen

I live in Michigan and we have been getting the same type of storms. The weather everywhere is definitely getting more violent. I remember when I was a kid we used to get some severe thunderstorms but not as frequent as we do now.

That storm is atrocious 😟. Glad you all made it to a safe place. I am like Aspen I am terrified of storms especially if it’s that intense. I have been terrified of them ever since I was very little. I am 28 and I am still terrified.

We had a high wind storm on Tuesday morning. It was scary. It was in Muskegon Michigan. Lots of trees down power lines down and damage to property.

Yeah this part of the Midwest is still under flood warnings.

15:35 it definitely looked like it was a rain wrapped tornado, but it probably was just really intense winds

It really did, but just winds as far as I know.

I saw a post on Facebook that areas of S and N Dakota, some areas of Iowa, and Minnesota are all flooded very badly. :( Praying for y'all

Was this one of the recent storms or last month storms? Where i live we bern petty lucky about the bad storms. We had some minor flooding after a heavy rainfall. Everytime they had call for basball size hail or bigger it missed us

and i just had power outage july 6 that happend its been off for 12 hours it came on at 12.05 o clock after that we had a heavy rain storm we cant see cuz it rained so heavy when it got here i see white mist when its raining so hard outside i lived in cross lake canada manitoba cree nation all happend the power came off from a smokey thunderstorm the lightning was so bright where i live its where the bright lightnings came from the rain is heavy too cross lake has intense lightning and rain happens

Sometime go through a hurricane, you would probably faint

@@SteveTpenn I live on the lower Texas coast near South Padre Island We've had numerous hurricanes here. 80 to 125 sustained winds plus gusts for several hours with 18 to 20+ inches of rain. The worst I was in was 1967 in a wood frame house that sounded like it was going to explode any minute. I was 16 and thought it was great..Lol. that one was around 125 mph . crazy teenager

I don't know who is coughing, but it's a dry cough perhaps a asthma cough

It was me. Not asthma I caught a nasty virus from the grandkids. Thankfully it’s gone now. Ugh it lasted for about two weeks 🤦‍♀️

Believe it or not, I’ve driven in worse than this. I had to slow down to like 20/25 miles bcuz I could not see the road. Glad you all made it home safely.
