I think being sober has helped a lot with this mindset.. Before I was constantly drinking and vaping and stuff.. Things that trigger your dopamine or things that makes you "happy" With a push of a button or drink from a bottle.. Its not real and it took no real effort to achieve that happy feeling.. So after I got sober I was like.. Now what do I do? 😂 So I started taking my hobbies more serious, started working out, started to be more involved with my family.. Things that take "effort" and I swear I've never been happier lol... Now the simple things in life is so enjoyable to me.. Lmao ya he was down 🤣 I wanted that fish soooo bad.. God knows how many losses I took and how many hours in the hot sun I spent losing fish 😩 And wow thats pretty cool hearing about Tangaroa and how gotta throw the first fish back.. Ill keep that in mind... Unless its an omilu 😂🤙🏼
