@@stevehewitt7218 Nice little town Torrevieja, been there many times. I live further south in Marbella, since 1997 but now spend about 50% travelling, 30% in Riga and 20% in Spain. Let's meet up on my next trip to Spain and have a couple of beers.

Thanks Justin a fascinating video of a masterclass from a true master. Amazing asbestos fingers ! As a matter of interest what would be the price of the sturgeon ? Unfortunately any sturgeon caught in UK waters must first be offered to the Queen so I am unlikely to see any on the fishmonger's slab any time soon ! Stay safe and keep the videos coming !

Hi Paul, It is about 15 GBP per kilo and that was an 8 kilo fish... Approximately 120 GBP Expensive I know, would the queen pay for it or must it be a gift🤣🤣🤣 As always mate, thank you for the kind words

Hello, if you are in Varna i like to invite you to a football match on the stadion of Spartak Varna

Justin, The chef really did a great job. I believe the best Caviar (aka Khaviar) may come Iran's side of Caspian sea, since they have restrict fishing policies and I believe their Caviar comes from government hatcheries where some of the fish may be raised under very controlled environment to ensure high quality controls as well as to virtually eliminate the overfishing. Iranian government has been doing this fr many decades and they release a lot of fish back to the Caspian sea since the other littoral states seem to not care as much (the accountability used to be easier when Caspian sea was only shared between Iran and Soviet Union). Below are a couple of videos made when Mark Wien (American food blogger) and Mr. Taster (Iranian food blogger) made these videos in Iran.
