A jewel on all fronts: the church, the organ, your presentation...everything!! Thank you!!🌷
I can't believe I didn't comment the last time I listened. This is truly a gem of an organ. You truly enjoy playing the organ it shows on your face and through hearing what you play!
I've looked and looked for this kind of demonstration of a French classic organ, complete with several of standard combinations in the context of real French baroque music. This is really awesome, thank you!
Absolutely gorgeous casework on this instrument! I love the regal nature of the Cromorne 8'... Definitely my favorite stop on this organ =)
Another great demonstration. French baroque organs sound fantastic.

And French Baroque composers deserve greater praise today, just as much as the Germans.
I liked the distinct voices of this organ, and how well they blended together
Love how this instrument sings, chirps and warbles.
Absolutely wonderful organ. And it’s always good to see you play in short sleeves! ... 👍 Please keep doing that whenever you can!
Wonderfully filmed and edited . The organ and church are magnificent. The music is always well played and interpreted. The manner in which all is presented here showcases the great architecture, craftsmanship and art that has been meticulously preserved by each local community; expertly played by musicians, such as yourself. I am honored for the opportunity you give me to enjoy and experience this. Thank you Balint.
👍 Wow...exquisite sound....Thanks....
superbe, magnifiques, splendide, excellent ! bravo ! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻 Grand merci pour cette sublime démonstration de cet orgue baroque français. Salutation de France ! (superb, magnificent, splendid, excellent! well done ! Many thanks for this sublime demonstration of this French Baroque organ. Greetings from France ! )
The G.O. 2' Doublette "slides into" the 4 and 8 Prestant harmonics so well. It balances really nicely and doesn't become too loud and shrill

The balance on this organ is superior... Tremendous work by the builders!
A spledid organ .A splendid performance!
That Bourdon 8' melts my heart.
Thanks for the demonstration! I live some kms. away from Zamárdi and have been to several concerts on this organ.
Very nice little church and organ. Thanks for bringing it to us.
A very cute very balanced French Baroque organ. I like it! Has the correct bite. I enjoyed your performance and the run through a few of the stops. Thanks Balint. You have found a little jewel.
The nasard is stunning on this organ
Wow, what a fantastic organ! Very nicely played, especially the opening movement of the Veni Creator!

I wonder if we can get a demo from you of another recent Cattiaux-voiced organ -- the new Noack organ at St Peter's, Capitol Hill, Washington DC?

Visto che non c'è nessuno che commenta in italiano..... ebbene, voglio fare i miei complimenti... Italiani! Complimenti e congratulazioni, sei molto bravo! Suono anch'io l'organo a canne, ma tu sei bravissimo! 👍🎵👍
What a beautiful, woody-sounding organ. I love the French Baroque timbre, possibly more than any other period/region.

What is it about those pipes that gives them such magnificent timbre and resonance? (I suppose it has to do, in part, also with the space and the recording equipment?) Lovely . . . exquisite.
Brilliant!!
Ezen most meglepődtem.

I don't think French baroque organ music is really my thing...(and I've played some of it, out of a Du Mage collection that I ended up with). But I really like this organ and the church. I didn't realize until looking at the link that this organ is 21st century!
Nagyon Szép!Köszönöm Szépen!
Köszönöm a bemutatót!
Oh wow what a gorgeous organ. a feast for the ear. Beautiful stops, although I must admit i find the Cromorne a tad bit too harsh and some of the cromorne pipes have a bit of a wobbly attack/squeeky . I feel that it can do with a re-voicing. Non the less a beautiful piece of craftmanship.
Bravo! M Karosi, your organ demonstrations are the best on KZread in terms of interest and information. As recorded on this occasion, the instrument needs re-voicing to soften the screechy effect. What we do not know, though, is how it sounds with a normal sized congregation absorbing some of the harshness. Col, NZ

I think some of us expect and want some of what you refer to as "screechy" sound in a French Baroque organ (I do).
Gosh i love ppl who plays something and never tell what piece it is so i can spend all my time on the search. But thanks for demos anyway.

Hi the first half is just improvisation, the second part is de Grigny’s Veni Creator

@@bkarosi i mean i already found this, but would be kinda nice if it was written in decsription you know
I wonder if the Bourdon 8' on the GO is a transmission from the Positif? They sound identical in the demonstration.

I don't know for sure, but I suspect that might be the case

The one in the positif sounds a bit chiffier
Very beautiful! Is the music improvised by you?
Can you change the pedalboards on this organ?
Also would be grateful if u can send a link on sheet music for 5 because i didn't find this
Where is the list of pieces
Hello am learning how to play. The organ I need help can u help me
what are those little handels on the side of the manuals

look at 20:04: they're a shove-coupler to couple or uncouple the lowest manual to the middle manual. Then look at 21:42.

@@dalecarr6361 I noticed that the Echo was coupled to the Grand Orgue for the last movement. Is this also done by a shove-coupler?
