It was an infantile black bear. They're extremely skittish and typically run from danger, lol. Would be a completely different story if it was a brown bear or a grizz or a kodiak or something.

Completely agree. NEVER speak near a cat. Thats a very known boundary right there. Also NEVER try to pick them up on your lap to cuddle or pet them. It 's not like cats are pets. Unless the creature actually feels in the mood somehow and starts making weird noises and touching your leg. But then again, be careful either way because if it feels like "playing", you might get hurt. Oh and of course. NEVER....I SAID NEVER lie on a bed near a cat. Thats another cat boundary right there.. Basically, it's a wild animal. Dont get close and feed them so they wont hurt you (maybe)

While I agree people shouldn't have an animal they won't re4spect, some animals are just jack asses. Same thing happens with people. Not all of them are good and they should have the capacity to not overreact when around people. (i.e. the first clip. If someone is standing too close and you tell them to back up and they don't, you can't just slash them. The cat could've just wiggled or something to show discomfort better.) TL;DR - Some animals are just assholes. Just like people. Case by case basis.

After watching the video, I'd say that maybe 1/4 to 1/3 of them were at all deserving or unsympathetic. The comments saying that all or almost all of them were deserving is completely wrong. Many of those cats were just being aggressive assholes.

Cats could care less about you if you didnt feed them. Also most of the people deserved it, just let them be stop tryna force them to do stuff they're not like dogs

At least half of these 'attacks' were not, in fact, 'unexpected'. It's terrible seeing so many people with cats who don't understand cats. They aren't just there so you can cuddle them. You shouldn't try to pick them up whenever you want, you should NOT get in their faces, and when they're annoyed, you should leave them alone. They aren't assholes just because they aren't touchy feely. We're the assholes when we refuse to try to understand cats.

Some of them do escalate very, very quickly. So fast that you can't really blame the person for not responding. And in a lot of cases the cat is facing away from them, so they don't have the same view that we do. Only a few made me think "Yeah we were asking for it," like 2:20.
