So my art class is having me do a self-portrait collage and so I made 50 sticky notes with drawings from She Ra (and also the book School for Good and Evil by Soman Chainani.) I also translated the lyrics of this song into the First Ones' language. Yes. I did that. I will have to upload a video when I am done with the project. The sticky notes are in 5 colors (ten notes each color.) I duct-taped them into strips of five notes, then I am going to have them arch over the actual project and have it look like a cage, because the image on the project is going to be a creature I created, and she has horns and wings poking up from the board/page. Anyway, I just realized that it only covers the first 1.5 minutes...and each note took me about 20-45 minutes. I was going to have it be like a flip cartoon but realized that only used, like, half of the note, so I ended up just using the whole note. I understand that that took a long time, so I appreciate all the animatic creators.

You should not call your work "horrible". It is fantastic, especially for a first time animating something. I am currently working on my first animatic, too, and so I know how much work you probably put into this. especially getting the mouths animated. I am actually thinking about making an animatic for this song, too, but a mashup with The School for Good and Evil, because that is another part of my "momentary obsession cycle". I have a few things that I just kind of keep going back to, either to catch up to new things or just to go through it again. It is mainly School for Good and Evil, some show's (RWBY, She-Ra, Miraculous Ladybug) character as vines/crack/animatic videos, then listening to things (Audiobooks, podcasts, songs on repeat). It goes over and over again. Right now, it is an overlap of everything for probably the first time. I am very glad that I was able to find this song and this animatic. Thank you for putting in the work and using this song. I hope that you are having a wonderful summer, even if it is...different, to say the least, and staying healthy. Thank you again and I hope you make more things!

The girls they have playing Sophie and Agatha are named Sof(ph)ia. So...that will be very confusing during the recording sessions... Director: Sophie--er--Sof/phia--nope--I meant the other Soph/fia...no, wait, the Agatha So--no--AaAaHHGHG!!! Fine! Both of you! Yeah, no, wait, yeah, both of you, come over here Both of them: (Faces of utter bewilderment and consternation) DIRECTOR! I AM *THE CONFUSION* Director: Me, too, kids...me, too... Soman: Let's just politely point for a while, like a teacher at the beginning of the year. All: Sounds like a plan...until we figure out another plan. Actually, there was another Ivy working at a grocery store with me and we would sometimes end up working in the same checkout line (I was a bagger and she was a cashier), so the managers would come over and say "Ivy, you can go" and make the sign to go on break, not indicating which Ivy they meant, so the confusion would fall for a split second while we mentally contemplate who they meant... I just realized that the creator is also named Sophia...Popular name. OH! I ALSO "Performed" a rap recap of the first book of SGE. And have a Satisfied from Hamilton parody I will have to eventually get on KZread soon.

I love how you showed that parallel between Adoring holding Catra after they escaped Horde Prime’s ship and Catra holding Adora at the Heart of Etheria. Those are both when they were at their lowest point (Catra being mind controlled to do Horde Prime’s bidding and Adora about to sacrifice herself because she believes there’s no other option). And both of them are there for each other to pick each other back up from that spot.

I dont think that people understand that even if it is traced, Which, It might not be, The artist didn't take credit for it at all, To me it seems like they just wanted to make a animatic to this song and since this is there first time animating, I assume they might not be much of a expert on art. To me I see this a PMV. Just because it might be traced, the artist didn't take credit for shit, they just said they animated it. Its truly quite good if it is a PMV and if it is actually there work then outstanding! And if you want my opinion, they seem like a rookie, so they may have just heavily referenced to get perfection, and that's okay.

Wait, is it really traced? I'm a little confused on why you chose to do an animatic instead of a amv. You essentially either traced or heavily referenced (to the point of near identicality) so it's like you put in way more effort than needed to just for a amv that could have told the same story but with better effects and editing. It's a dislike for me dawg
