My mom tells a story back when myself and my siblings were much, much, much younger, little children, she tells a story how one day all of a sudden she noticed that there was permanent marker, there was coloring and it was permanent marker found on the bottom of some walls, found written on some of the tables, found on a window sill, permanent marker and kind of coloring. So an investigation had to be conducted. And my mom shares that she gathered us all together and asked us who did it? Now, no one admitted to doing it. No one admitted to doing it. But there was very, very clear evidence of who did it. Because written in permanent marker, the one that was coloring also had written his name. So there was no mystery as to who did it. There was this coloring but kind of just learning the name, the name was written everywhere the coloring was. There was no mystery of who had done the coloring. It was in permanent marker so it took a little bit more to clean because there was a sense of permanence to it but I share that story, there was no mystery in that story of who did it. Their name was right there in permanent marker. And I think of that reality, I think of the clarity, the clarity that took place there and it's the same sense of clarity that Jesus wishes to give us. In the gospel today Jesus leaves no mystery that it is him. He appeared in the breaking of the bread. He said look at my hands and my feet. In other words, look at the wounds, you can see the wounds, my scars that are in glory. then he showed them himself within the scriptures. Jesus left no mystery that it was him. And then to top it all off, he said “Give me some food.” That is to show that it wasn't just his soul that rose but his body as well. Jesus left no mystery that it was him. Sometimes in our relationship with Jesus we can look at our relationship with Jesus as if Jesus does not want to be known by us. As if Jesus is always kind of working in secret. Many times he does work secretly, mysteriously that we can't see but we have to recognize that Jesus wants to be known. That Jesus writes his life and his love and his message and his name into our hearts in permanent marker. It's not a mystery. It's not a mystery. Sometimes the Lord’s acts is a mystery but
the Lord wishes to speak clear. And so how then do we open our hearts? How do we open our hearts to recognize? It's that sense of faith. To see the world to open the scriptures through the gift of faith. The Lord wishes to be known. For many people the Lord is unknown. We open, we open our hearts with faith. To recognize that we have a God who loves us that doesn't live in a mystery of where are you Lord. The Lord wishes to be known. And he writes his name and his love and his glory into our hearts in the permanence of baptism and through the gift of his love.

I fell asleep and awoke to find I had missed 10mins of Mass.I looked up Heart of the nation afterwards to find todays Mass so i could watch it rather than wait until the 7am Mass on another channel. Thank you to all for this as I am unable to attend at my local church.

I want to thank you for sharing this beautiful celebration of the Lord's Eucharist and Happy 3rd Sunday of Easter . He Has Risen, Amen! I would like to acknowledge St. Charles Schola Choir on such a phenomenal job they did! I would also like to acknowledge the Lector, Gina Vogt on such a spectacular job she did with the readings and how inspiring her voice was proclaiming the words of the Lord! I would like to also acknowledge the Cantor on such a beautiful job she did with the responsorial Psalms! Her soprano voice 💖💖🎵🎼 just goes right through you and what a talent she has! I would also like to acknowledge the young Cantor, who did the Gospel acclamation with such reverence! The St. Charles Schola Choir always does a phenomenal job and they are so talented! Thank you to The St. Charles Schola Choir and God bless them all! I would like to ask for your prayers for my friend, Hianna Marília, who I am concerned about her well-being! Hianna left about 6 weeks ago to visit her brother in another city with her family who is going to Medical School! They were going to help him move into another apartment so they were traveling for a few days and we're going on a family trip! She contacted me one night and showed me some pictures of a restaurant that they were eating at and they were having a good time! About a week later , I tried to call her and she didn't answer my phone so that is why I am very concerned because we were going to visit her and her family and have dinner! Please pray that she is okay and that she will contact me soon because I am very worried and sad! Thank you for your prayers! I would also like to acknowledge the pianist, the priest, the whole congregation, the altar boy, and all the people who put this beautiful celebration together! He Has Risen! Alleluia! AMEN! I am watching this Mass from Brasil and I always appreciate this Celebration! God bless everyone and have a good week 💗💗💗! 😊
