Watching Princess Charlotte with her brother, Prince George, I do see those two having a close bond like Princess Royal Anne and King Charles. There aren't enough words to describe how wonderful PR Anne is.

The title of Princess Royal can only go to the daughter of the Monarch. When William becomes King in his time, then Princess Charlotte will become the Princess Royal. Nothing to do with Princess Anne giving the title.

Absolutely correct, except Charlotte would not automatically become Princess Royal. It is not an entitlement, it is bestowed. Anne earned the title due to her tireless work over a period of decades.
