as a former CX Crew, i must say, the pre-landing announcements were the best announcements we heard inflight.
Interesting... I'm waiting for HK to reopen for tourism, but its just gone into even harsher lockdown, which is nuts - it can't be a covid-free city, and can't block tourists and visitors indefinitely. Hope they reopen to vaccinated tourists soon enough, and if so I'll be back on a CP flight again. Stay safe and well, everyone...

I discovered that flying long haul nowadays is nothing but a mass rapid tansportation with nearly 0 space. No matter which airline you look at. Swiss, Qatar, British, Lufthansa, Qantas, Cathay. No difference. They all fly the same jets and it's tight and cramped everywhere. For a little more comfort to stretch out your legs you have to pay a nice amount today. Hard times....

CX's A350 seems better equipped than the BA counterpart ( onboard camera ) at least ....👍the touch down was a bit firmed ? probably the FO was the flying pilot (no offence to CX crews )!😁 Wondering if Cathay still flies over Russian airspace for all European routes , maybe yes, I believed !! IF so , CX has great advantage over all European competitors

Which economy do you think is better? Cathay's A350 900 or A350 1000

When the flight airplane have get ready for pushback before, the pilot should went to outside to check the landing gear, airplane's engine and everything else. Please measure the flight airplane don't have got any problem or broken so that the flight airplane can be safe for takeoff.
