Use a air compressor and blow gun stick a screw driver to hold blade and blow it

Any hacks how to stp this SOB of fan from rattling.. does it need balancing? Bearing replacement? Seeious wtf noise. Horrible

It is fan, an industrial fan., with faster speed than a home fan.
