Charging alternator have, , 3 , or four terminal, one is B+ that's for battery + wire is directly connected in b+ one wire is W/L that's for warning light connecting warning lamps. One is B- that's for ground, one wire S that's for sensing battery voltage, regulator sense battery volt, maintain in 12.8 voltage protecting for overcharged
