Very nice to see a young operator taking things steady, rather than thrashing the hell out of the machine and damaging the trucks..... Give this young Lad a few more days and I reckon he'll be a super smooth Operator with care and attention to detail, Just a point to the critics we all have to start somewhere, and this LAD IS DOING JUST FINE.... He’s learning the right way, not trying to act like he is as fast as the 6015b operator. We have all been right where he is once starting out. Just pull the left stick a little longer with less curl! Cheers keep up the good work!

We all had to start somewhere, and not many have the chance to start on something like that. My first ever go was on a 245 but only had a few hours on it. Many people won't operate anything as big as a 390 in their lifetime. He'll get there. Good luck to the lad.

He is doing fine in my opinion, slow and careful, he tries to maintain the place clean for the trucks. Speed and production will come with some time in the cab, he will be a good operator

I TRULY do feel that he's going to make a FINE operator one day with more practice and I'd rather say something POSITIVE towards the video instead of trying to BASH/DISHEARTENED the young man on his efforts! I've operated these types of machines and I wasn't very GOOD either at first but, with time and practice I was able to get the truck HALF full after about 4 - 5 passes!😆🤣😂 Just kidding with that statement but, I did eventually become a PROFICIENT operator within a couple of months behind the sticks. However, GOD BLESS YOU TOO SIR and continue to be supportive, Amen!👏🏾👏🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾👌🏾👍🏾🙂💛💯

This young man is in the same place all of us operators were once. The only folks criticizing him has never been in an operator’s seat. He’s paid to fill trucks, not buckets. Until you armchair operators learn the job’s priority, ye’ll never fool nobody.

Working in a Quarry isn't really operating, that's where they send the greenhorns or the guys who don't know how to read plans and all they can do is load a pile already set before them or slot doze 😊 it really matters when you're doing that shit on-site to grade and loading trucks whilst taking into account the sites ex/subcut/fiil and grade..

Gravel and rock not the easiest to learn with but hay you got start some where to get 30 years experience well done fella

O bom de começar com a 390 é que ela é mais lenta, esse material que é complicado pros novatos, mas pega o jeito logo, escavadeira é uma máquina com comandos simples, só é difícil em serviços que necessitam precisão tipo corte de talude.

Great job .... He'll be fine!!! We all start at some point, and usually need some time to get the hang if things. I've driven long-haul, dump truck, operated overhead crane and loaders. We have to learn, and he's doing fine. Kudos to this young man .... Can't wait to see him in another week or two.

Nice job. U can only be taught the basics and the rest u will learn on your own . Watch how others operate and loads truck , dig and move dirt. U will be pick up on little things and become a better operator

The way they dig at this mine is not easy, it works for them though and he is doing a good job. If he "caved" more material from the face in front of him to where he digs he would get fuller buckets
