I love this. He would be a wonderful Pope. Of course I hope we have Francis for many years to come.

Can you imagine if becomes a Pope, if the Lord choose him to be one, how will the Church turn out to be?

Michael Brunsdon It sure was! :) I wish I could be re-living WYD in Poland again. I'm so in love with everything that happened that I lived and went through in that unforgettable experience :)

Maria Urbina Yes I very much miss it too but it is so good to try to re-live that experience in our every days lives. I am actually in Manila (from Scotland, UK) just now for work and went to Mass at the Cathedral where Candinal Tagle celebrates Holy Mass every Sunday. Unfortunately he was not here today. But still a beautiful cathedral and mass. And the congregation were so lovely. Reminds me of WYD a lot. Even though there is extreme poverty here, everyone has love for one another as of a brother or sister. Maybe see you in Panama!!! :D

Wow Michael! you are from Scotland and you live in Manila? that's so far away from home but so nice to be able to experience something new :) I hope you are doing good in your job. I was blessed with going to WYD in Rio in 2013 and WYD in Krakow and I was really looking forward to going to the next WYD trip. But for whatever reason I'm not so excited about WYD being in Panama. I live so close to it but just personally speaking I was expecting to travel someplace for the next WYD where I could also experience living more of the history of Catholic history within the city but so far I haven't been as excited as I thought I would be. I have considered maybe going as a volunteer but even that I don't know I'm just not finding the thrill in the idea of it. What I do want to do is save my money to go back to Poland :) I also want to travel to Italy and to Jerusalem so so far I'm focusing on saving my money for those trips. Along with other trips I'd love to do I really want to go to Irland, Scotland, England, Spain, Lithuania, Croatia, Portugal. Maybe I'll see you in Scotland one day? jaja.. Oh by the way I'm from Mexico but I live in Texas. WYD was my first time in Europe, SO beautiful I fell hard in love with Europe I pray to God that I can go back soon to visit more of the old churches and cities of the oh so beautiful Europe. I never imagined experiencing such beauty in my trip. Poland was incredible. we got to go to Wadowice and Auschwitz. sorry for such a long message I write too much :) I truly can't wait to hear Cardinal Tagle again he is such a holy man. Very inspirational talk that he gave in WYD :) have you been to other WYD?

Maria Urbina Aw I understand your point that Pamama is too close. I'm glad you liked Europe. actually Europe is loke the US in the sense that every country has its own unique culture...in fact I think the differences between countries is more that the states. I have travelled many places in Europe and would reccomend some cities to you for sure. Also I am only in Manila for a short time. I mainly work in Scotland and that is where I live. My company is based in Austin, TX but not visited there yet. Really looking forward to going there. But you would be very welcome in Scotland!! If you needed help with accomodation then I have contacts in our archdiocese! I also have spare room myself so you should come!!! haha. Yes it was amazing to be in an historical catholic country with an amazing history where faith prevailed over evil on many occasions. It really gives a great postive feeling about humanity. Maybe we could share some more WYD experieces? If you have fb then I am under David Michael (David is my confirmation name) same picture as youtube :)
