Watching every Cate interview is worth one's time. As i watched this one, I am left deeply amazed as to how she remained as she is despite the fact that she is now a bigger star and considered as one of the greatest of her generation. She has been consistent with the principles she had when she started as she is to this day. She has just gotten even more adorned with experiences. I truly admire her for her childlike trait and humility that she still exudes today. The true essence of being an artist in this industry is when one has not been corrupted by fame. No wonder why artists and actors look up to her so much. She's more than a great talent.
She is answering questions about herself and not deflecting this is a gem😭

Я помню как Кейт Бланшетт австралийская актриса сыграла роль Галадриэль эльфийскую королеву ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤это просто было круто ❤
'Oh, I love talking about myself...' I like CB's honesty and humour. Brilliant actor. Even though this interview is from two decades ago, I think her greatest performances are yet to come. CB comes across as a very open, genuine, lively, and very likable person - no pomposity, self-importance, or guarded mask to her at all. What a lovely, engaging, and alluring lady.

Have you watched her in Tar movie? Top performance of hers
Cate is indeead the best. An amazing actress (one of the bests of all time), very inteligent, with an amazing sense of humour, very strong opinions, humble at the same time🏣
Wow! This was really early on, look how far she came since then.
Cate Blanchett never seems to age. It's quite amazing watching her over the years she has a great talent.
My dear Cate, the living legend ❤
i love this woman! what a LEGEND in every aspect! elevates your entire industry. Thanks SAG-AFTRA
I have so many favorites, but if I had to narrow it down to just two, it'd be between Cate Blanchett as well as Tilda Swinton for the greatest actresses of our generation.
Great video! Finally an alive really deep conversation with brilliant Cate about her profession after watching tone of short quite shallow "evening shows"
Such a beautifully articulate, modest and down-to-earth lady (in every sense of the word), I adore Cate! It's an honour to know that she and I both attended the University of Melbourne in our formative years, but thankfully her time there has been rather more productive than my own so far
C8 is a beautiful lady and an amazing masterclass actor #Tár
i love the way she thinks and speaks, glad to be alive at the same time as her
Stunningly Beautiful and Expressive... then she smiles and i'm just blown away!

I really want to watch this, but I have an OLED TV, and your static badge in the corner makes that inadvisable. :/ (Same with all your videos, to be honest. It's rather frustrating.)
what role do you want? My Aunt?
She had a career retrospective when her career was just taking off? Isn't that a bit silly?

with 8 Oscars nominations it’s a bit silly to think her career was just taking off
