Allahuma Barik, so glad you guys are back! Loved hearing about Idris experience in Egypt studying the Quran because that’s something I am interested in doing after I graduate college too Inshallah! Can’t wait to hear more about it!

you both bring different yet captivating energies while Idris is focused and achievement-oriented, Abdi is more laid back yet self-aware of who he is....and the role is in, and sharing it with us is refreshing, may Allah reward you. And i was fortunate to get advice from Idriss and I can tell you for sure I go back to it whenever I feel weak In fact I've faced loneliness in a foreign land, by remembering that there are other people like him who voluntarily left comfort of home to pursue Allahs Book,, and if he can, I can too, so it eases the nerves. so Thank you, Idris.

Asalamu Alaykum brothers. Great podcast Just so you know, the chicken at Nando’s is stunned before the slaughter…….in the UK, insist on eating at places certified by HMC who don’t recognise stunning prior to the slaughter.

All the Somalis are in west/nw/north. East has a big population in certain areas but you mainly see bengalis and other ethnics. In central you mainly see tourists and not really Somalis
