My brother Max wanted to try and find the Big Cow Striped Bass as they Migrated into the Chesapeake Bay this winter. I didn't have a ton of faith fishing from shore in an area we've never fished before, but I'm always down to try. Ryan, Max, and I took the trip south. After 5 hours of freezing with no signs of fish BAM! The fish showed up and we were luck enough to catch a few of these Jumbos. We were not prepared to be fishing from steep rocks, but we made it work.
