Over a fire crab needs to be cooked for no more then ten minutes then rested to for it to finish cooking inside the shell. You over cooked that crab by a very very long time and that is why it stuck to the shell. As an Australian I regularly cook crab over the fire and the quick and ready method works best. I love your videos and I'm glad You are a full time youtuber. God bless you Ace and keep up the good work

you should try Chinese Garlic Soy sauce. It’s my favorite! I use it on shrimp and crab, well I use it for blue crab. I haven’t tried it on other crabs though. Just put some olive oil in a pan/ or pot and heat it up for a little bit. Then chop some garlic up and put it in a little bowl, put the heated up oil on top of it, and put soy sauce on it! Perfectly fine if you don’t try it, just recommending it! And perfectly fine if you don’t like it lol 👍. Love the videos! The vids in Oregon are guaranteed to be great 😁. Keep up the great work! The crab vids are my favorite

Hello Ace, I just wanted to inform you that eating that orange liquid in the crab was what I believe to be domoic acid. If you eat it you can actually get domoic acid poisoning. It is actually relatively common and can be avoided by breaking the crab in half and shaking the acid out of its skull. Ignore this if you like it is totally up to you if you even see it, and sorry to ruin some of the mood in the video. Cheers

@@basic-c9b it's definitely poisonous but in high yields, if you eat one or two crabs you're really not running much of the risk, relative to having a bowl full of it.

You should host an event or something to where a lucky fan gets to come out and fish with you, your brother, and ye ole Acient. That would be so fun and a great video idea! Dude I got chills at 11:00 minutes I've never heard someone say level up IRL besides myself! I got the attitude from the same game playing Runescape I got really good at it and had the exact same awakening around the same age I swear its uncanny the way you and I describe leveling up irl. My time went into running trails and strength training in the gym. My dream is to help coach kids struggling with body image and awareness issues and make them comfortable and excited to tackle life adventures/endeavors. You're a real help for the youth I hope a lonely kid can find your videos.

Leveling up in real life... I took that advice to heart. I started smoking about four years ago when my I was still with my girlfriend. I started smoking because of her, and I regret every moment. I went through a bad break up, because she cheated on me. I kept on smoking, even though my best friend told me I just wasn't the same person anymore, because I said I would never smoke. I live above a bar owned by my parents, and I always smoke five cigarettes late at night while watching videos like yours. Then you started talking about leveling up in real life. I took that advice to heart. I told myself after you made your speech about leveling up in real life, to quit smoking. As I am writing this, I am smoking the last cigarette from my pack, and promised myself that I would quit smoking. I am leveling up in real life. Thanks, Ace, for inspiring me to quit smoking! I won't smoke after this last cigarette! It will be tough, but I need to level up in real life!

What about cake......

When I was younger fishing to my family was just something to do just to get away from everything and relax as a family, but times have changed and we no longer have a boat and therefore we cannot go fishing anymore. So this is just a little reminder for those of you who are still young like me, enjoy the time that you have right now in life and get out and try new things, never be afraid to try something new because in the end it's really worth it!

Fun fact! The spicy molecule (capsaicin) gets broken down by the heat generated in the fire, likely upwards of 250F (112C). This is why you lose the spice. Also, the sauce is evaporating, so you lose some material there.
