@@thebestcommenter22 A very concerned stepfather, a very thorough doctor, a very distracted teacher, or a very uninhibited individual who has played those characters.

This is a pretty well made trailer, especially for 2002. Really gets across the story and tone of the movie, the copy at the top is clever, and it has some great music cues. Also, no dated sounded voiceover narrator.

I worked in a video store from 2000 to 2006, and a lot of trailers were good, we would have a big flat screen showing all the trailers of the new releases.

@@octaviomichel.r2986 Yeah there are tons of greats, but I feel like from that late 90's/early 2000's era, a lot of them had pretty bad VO, graphics, and were really sporadic with the music choices.

21 years later and this movie is still up there, terribly underrated... for those who haven't watched the film, don't watch the trailer - they always give too much away, its like watching the whole film in 2,5 minutes.

Forgeries were so easy until the eighties. This was a good movie, albeit not close to reality, and DiCaprio is always on point

A refreshing movie with excellent roles from DiCaprio, Walker and Hanks. It's amazing that the story is based on real events

Thus far, my favorite of Leonardo DiCaprio's films.

It's already a long movie but after listening to interviews and talks of the real Frank I wish they made it longer.. like 3-part movies. He is so interesting and I feel weird idolizing a teenage criminal. I thank Netflix for adding this movie to their collection! I just randomly selected it because of tom hanks 😂

A well done movie. taken idea from an actual real life events. In my life time I have come across several people who did similar things. Very different but similar level of nerve. One ended up dead second in prison for life and the third one pulled it off but ten years later huge tragedy. So the real guy must have had 1. No nerves al all, 2 Very smart ;the ability to think ahead of the people tracking him. 3 A lot of luck. I guess those 3 things are the key to their success.

if you look up the real guy, he looks older than 15, he is easily 28,30. he has a weird hairline that helped pull it off too.

The real Frank Abagnale played the French cop who arrests him near the end.

What a small world we live in! I dated Amy back in 95 and gave Leo a ride with Uber back in 2015!!!
