Shore fishing in this video and I do some spinning from the rocks. I managed to catch a few Pollock and two were a decent size for shore fishing so I decided to do a catch and cook. I cook the fish two ways one smoked after brining and the other baked with a simple recipe. The video shows the catching, dispatching, cleaning, filleting, skinning, preparing, and cooking of the fish. During the preparation I talk about the fish worm (fish parasite), which is common and normal in many fish and give a tip on how you can quickly remove most of the worms. Pollock are a great sporty fish to catch and are good to eat and a great alternative to Cod. Bon Appétit!
