We are on an adventure again foraging the shoreline in Springtide for chip chip as it is locally known or wedge clam. coquina clam. The work is plentiful but the rewards are fulfilling we showcase how we catch, clean and cook this clam in curry with coconut milk and eaten with some sadda roti.

Memories, last time I saw chip chip was the late 70s in Manzinilla before people over harvested it. Hopefully this area doesn't experience the same. Nice educational vlog on the shoreline and history from the photos 📸. We need to get advice on coastal erosion from the Dutch to try to protect our coastal area. Food looks boss 😋 I cannot recall how chip chip taste 😢. Keep up the good work 👏
