Catch and Cook Marlin Tacos

We caught one of the rarest in the world and best eating Marlins while fishing in Hawaii. It's known as a Short bill Marlin, spearfish or Hebi in Hawaii. This species of Marlin is by far a prized catch for eating in Hawaii. It's a species of Marlin that can only be caught in a few places around the world with Hawaii being one of them!
We were able to take our prized catch to a local Taco Shop in Hawaii that is known for Fish Tacos! Lets just say Chef Reggie didn't disappoint with his cooking skills. This was hands down the best fish tacos I ever had and now I know why he is known for his tacos. Thanks again to Chef Reggie for coming in oh his day off to help us out. Lunch consisted of 3 🌮 plate 2 fish and 1 chicken. Wet chicken burrito with chips and salsa. Absolutely spot on. Ononlicious... Went again last night and grabbed 2 fish tacos for wifey. The Ensenada style smoked marlin tacos are better. Theses look good but definitely the Ensenada style is better
