just don't go in the morning....it is too foggy you won't see anything...this shot was was probably around 11am or noon.....since only the north side still had fog

Oh man... everyone needs to look at the methol mercury warnings for fish... women shouldn't est bat ray or leopard shark... and men shouldn't eat much if any. Sorry guys, it bums me out to. Serious California problem. Same gos for our lakes. Tons of mercury around here.

I enjoy catching, cooking and eating small Atlantic stingrays. Soak the skinned meat in lemon water for a few hours to remove ammonia taste , dredge in flour/spices and deep-fry, tastes mild and has a chicken texture. The kids who wouldn't touch the other seafood, mowed up the those"chicken chunks"LOLOL. I enjoyed telling them later that they had eaten stingray. I'm going to try the thrice fry method you demonstrated on my next trip to the beach, thanks for the video

Well... compared to the amount of fish sauce he put, it really was just a hint. Also, that is nothing compared to the amount of sugar put in sweets and even other sauces like ketchup or barbeque sauces.

The timing of this video could not have been any better. My kid and I Caught, Cleaned, and Froze fillets from a bat ray a couple of days ago (our first time doing that), and now we have a great recipe to complete the Cook. Awesome man!!
