I come back to this every now and then and every time , I can't help but conclude it's just absolutely bloody wonderful ! hugely underrated band ... and crikey what a voice Cerys has - If I could see one band from the 90's play one more time , it'd be Catatonia - Come on Cerys how about a slightly delayed 25th anniversary tour ?????

One of the most underrated bands of the late nighties. This a truly beautiful song.

Love this song, one of those timeless classics. We had some awesome albums by Welsh bands in the mid/late 90s, we were spoiled! International Velvet by Catalonia, Word Gets Around by Stereophonics, Everything Must Go by the Manics...all amazing albums.

The reason they disbanded wasn't to do with the labels or critics she was an amazing singer beautiful imo too but the endless months and almost decade they spent touring played with her mental health to the point she realised she didn't like the lifestyle of endless hotels bad nights turning to alcohol sometimes and realising the pressure of almost being forced to be on stage. She focused on having a normal life and family and doing a few collabs

I wish they would remaster International Velvet ... maybe remove some distortion .... and put it out on vinyl again!!!! I would prepay!!!! maybe I mean remix ... I love the album buy only have CDs of it ... But some reverb would be nice left out. None the less one heck of a classic record and needs more attention along those lines.

Now cerys has gone all squeaky clean and odd looking saw them live 3 times they where awesome
