Catalunya MotoGP Test Results: Impressive Vinales, Marquez and Lorenzo Fall.
Monster Energy Yamaha rider, Maverick Vinales, posted the fastest lap time on the MotoGP test at the Catalunya Circuit, Barcelona, ​​Monday (06/17/2019). Vinales won fierce competition for the Petronas Yamaha SRT driver, Franco Morbidelli, with a difference of 0.047 seconds.
Vinales, who failed to finish in the Catalunya MotoGP the day before because of a fall, recorded the best lap time of 1 minute 38.967 seconds. He far outperformed his team mate, Valentino Rossi, who occupied 14th place with a margin of 1.001 seconds.
One other Yamaha satellite racer, Fabio Quuartararo, also did not disappoint. He finished fifth, with a difference of 0.461 seconds.
Two Yamaha riders, Jorge Lorenzo and Marc Marquez, had fallen on the test this time. Marquez crashes at corner four. He did not experience any injuries so he could continue the test session, with satisfying results. Baby Alien ranks third.
Lorenzo experienced a harder crash at Bend 8, so the red flag briefly fluttered. Lorenzo's motorbike was even thrown to land on the track barrier.

Suzuki rider, Alex Rins, finished the test in fourth place on this Catalunya MotoGP test. The Ducati duo, Danilo Petrucci and Andrea Dovizioso, ranked 11th and 12th.
