You won’t be able to buy full 346 from the Justice vendor the first week. 4k will only buy you about 2 pieces.

Yes, but "level 85" is rather ambiguous, as a tank I was getting queued into dungeons tagged as 85 and getting rep as soon as i hit 83

not everybody wants cata to be his new job. and u don't need to do most of these its like 5-10% difference anyway
