@@astora6k blender is free open source art software, mostly used for 3d stuff like making models and rendering them into animations like this, but it also has some 2d animation tools. It's really cool stuff, and its totally free, if you're at all curious you should give it a try, it's a little obtuse but theres lots of tutorials and stuff on youtube
