It's not a rotten system as this procedure is followed to get into every top B-school in the World. lIMs consider 10th and 12th Marks to analyse how bright and hard-working the student have been since the beginning. This assures that he/she is consistent and would remain the same for all their career too. Though the weightage for 10th and 12th is not too high. Sure, your CAT percentile and grad scores get the topmost priority and there are people with under 80-78% in 10th and 12th but still got into IIM A/B/C though they are exeptions and you need to have very high CAT Percentile and other skills but it is NOT impossible.

There are people who scored 50-60% all their life still by scoring in cat they got selected by iim's. Your data is not factual bro also it is demotivating for many people, at least give people hope so that even if they get rejected by iim still they will land in a good b-school but by watching your video most people will feel like there is no point of preparing for cat.

@nishantmishra12drisk32 gyaani baba🙏🏻 padh to lo pehle mene likha kya h, video h kis topic pr🙏🏻, i wrote a simple thing that it is not compulsory that people who have over 90% in their 12th and college will only be selected in iims, even people with 60-70% in their school/college can also get into iim by getting good marks in cat (good - 97+ percentile), and you should not demotivate those students who got less marks in their school and college life. Now i don't know how you have found so many negatives in my words.👏🏻

To be honest. I had 93 percentile in cat 2021.gen category. I only got iim jammu an sambalpur. Bhaiyo agar sch me mast iim chaiye to 98.5 se niche maat lna. Honestly bol rha hu

XLRI and FMS are better options for dhams.They give less weightage to past academic records and more to written test scores.

Not for engineers They have to face the highest competition. Can't even be sure if they'll get a call at 99.5 percentile from ABC

I got 57 in 10 and 82 in 12th so i am dham+shyam =dhyam 😂

Par mai jab 10th me tha tab corona chal raha tha Mjhe 66 percent mila hai Aur 12th me 82 Mjhe degree me kitna precentile lana prega IIM Banglore kelye

I think for Shyam, IIM Bangalore and Indore would be a bit more head-splitting challenge than that.

One of my senior with 7/6/7 with absolutely no work ex, internship and plain resume got into MDI G with 98.2%ile. sometimes PI phod dene se bht priority de dete hai

Why this like system ? I think it should based only on entrance exam otherwise it seems like partiality. May be they have some different reasons
