Le falta experiencia laboral menos mal que tubo suerte , tuve oportunidades de estar frente dé grupos dé Obras en el terreno vial como sub Encargado. habían personas que me superaban en edades y tiempos de obras algunos no les gustaban a otros sí tuve que mirar y preguntar a algunos que veía qué trabajaban bien con sus máquinas y ellos me aconsejaban el por qué no se tendría que trabajar así y el peligro de romper unas máquinas . Hablaba con el jefe principal para tomar un encargado y sub Encargado en la parte de máquinas como veían que mí grupo estába mejor posiciones que otros me daban el okey . Éramos una familia todos así tiene que ser por qué estamos más tiempos trabajando que con la familia está es la realidad

I remember when I first started logging running chainsaw. Watching the dozer operators backblading such a smooth level even road or landing. Being impressed and amazed at their talent and expertise. And them telling me how hard it is and how much practice it took to.learn that. And then finding out what a crock of shit it all was when I found out the blades had a float position that puts the hydros in like a neutral and the weight of the blade just floats it nice and smooth like that.

@@user-gd5vf6rk4p . Надо было немного грунта убрать и всё, а он пытался столкнуть камень погружённый на более половину находящегося в грунте, в ролике видно было как грунт мешал столкнуть камень.

O operador não tem culpa por não ver que a pedra está calçada, é só limpar a frente dela e depois é só voltar um pouco mais e com bico da lâmina empurrar sem força a máquina que por sinal é muito boa ,da próxima vez que vcs for fazer isso talvez pode ajuda a ganhar tempo no trabalho.att Tino Pantanal.
