My dad had two of this 3T D7s and yes,they have a Angle and tilt blade that you have .I have used them many times .my was a 55 model,and the other was a 50 .good macines

I've learned a lot about these old cats since acquiring this one, its one tough machine.

Thanks for the video! I have a d8 around that old and was looking for a fuel filter video. New as well to the machine. How did you remove the filter elements from the spring rods? I’m going to crack it open tomorrow and give it a go

The elements have a small roll pin that locks them in, you can remove them with a needle nose plier. Good luck with the D8!

Do you have a part number for the filter kit?

I grew up on these cats you may have a model 17 A series d 7 or a D 7 3 T series ,, one has a dry link clutch the D 3 T an the D7 17 A a oil clutch, , a true work horse dozer one of the best ever made

I believe this one is a 49 - 50 - D 3 T at this point.. one day i may find a good serial # to confirm it 😁

Had a '51 and loved it. Lot of work on a little fuel. Great machine.
