Beautiful kitty and her mom is a saint! A lot of animals unfortunately are euthanized because of the cost of care. I’m glad her mom could afford to get her treatment. I wish every animal could. ❤️

I did the same thing with a rescued kitty I found badly injured. The vet and I brought her back to health and she gave me thirteen of the best years of my life until cancer took her away from me. 😪💔

TY for rescuing her initially and again by taking her to the Specialist and keeping her when she was blind....I once drove a rescued mouse about an hour and a half to a Specialist lol....Annabelle was worth it and so is every animal ❤

She is remarkably beautiful and you can see the love on her expressive face. I know the feeling of spending generously for a cat's health. When l adopted a feral kitten with one badly infected and dead eye it cost a lot. I tease my boy and tell him he is the most expensive FREE cat ever. He looks at me with his remaining eye as though he agrees.

I can't remember where I read it but apparently cats do blink their eyes to say "I love you". Ours does it also :-) Ours will also communicate what he wants, for instance he'll sit in front of his water bowl and look over his shoulder at you if he wants fresh water or sit in front of the cupboard where his treats are and meow softly . It's amazing how intelligent they are. Snickers is beautiful, thank you for sharing her story.🥰
