My theory : cat bee is basically a little girl who has been experimented and got turned into a cat bee toy after years cat bee we're used to entertain children so the Experimenters could lure them one day cat bee said this to the Children "you need to get out of here..." However the Experimenters had put a shock collar on cat bee if cat bee says to get out of the factory to the children a alarm will be activated then the experimenters could turn the shock collar controller on they turned the shock collar on and shocked cat bee then cat be had no choice but to lie to the children and she said this "just kidding go have fun!" She would cry because she have to say lies and make the kids stay but cat bee wants the other children to live and have their great future so she tries to tell the truth but she will get electrocuted if she tries to tell the truth so she lies that it was joke..
