Scruffy 61 that is what I also think of about the hydraulic making noise. Thanks for the observation. You are a good coach.

Very tight operator no excessive moves, didn't even lift his bucket too high when tipping, I doubt if his wheels did a complete revolution from start to finish of loading. Excellent video, loved the 'in cab' shots - shows someone who has never been lucky enough to drive one of those superb machines just what the operator can see.

Great thinking by the dump driver at 7:13. Those trucks get really rear heavy when they are loaded. Adding liquid ballast to the front tire should really help the handling!!

Doug Bawden to be honest as a heavy equipment mechanic, the pumps don't sound good. Almost like it's low on hydraulic fluid.

@@franksilvia3402 I was thinking the same thing. Machine needs hydraulic fluid. When a machine is running perfect. Those pumps don't whine. Sometimes you can get a slight Sssssss as the fluid goes through the valves. Good observation. IUOE Local 15 (ret 38 yrs)

It looks like the smaller trucks could just go home on this job. Maybe they are unloading where it is softer ground though.

992G is the best machine to ever come off the assembly line, any of the k machines are junk.

K machines junk and why is that ? Nwcwr have an issue with them it's like driving a caddie there bud all the same motors lifts and hydrolics just note options my 986k keeps up just fine with our 992 believe it or not but it's twice as fast

If I had to buy one, I would buy a rebuilt G over a K any day. The 93's are horrible to work on as well as the 94's. The 92G is the best machine ever made. The 92G has a 3508, the 92K has a C32. K models aren't as bad as wa800 and 900 komatsu's though. Now those are garbage.

I find both our 2K & 3k loaders are jerky pricks to run. Our old 2G is probably the smoothest loader I have ever run. It is just seamless. The only problem with the 2G is they will break the cast mono boom in half. The one thing I truly dont agree with you is about the Komatsus. Our 800-2 is one of the most reliable loaders our place has ever owned.

Turbo Turtle if it had bias instead of radial tired it would be a lot more stable, we have tired like that on one of the 988’s at our site and they suck as far as stability

They use Volvos exclusively on some jobs with a smaller loader. Might be entry is too narrow for the 777s. No idea, just a guess but the ones I saw were all new as far as paint.

How does the throttle lock work when he puts it in drive? Does he control the speed the loader moves with his foot rather than the RPM's?

Foster Schutt so the way it works along with the gas and brake pedal you have what is called an impeller clutch that you use with your left foot, basically it adjusts the rimpull or power the goes to the wheels for the first 2 inches or so of pedal movement, and as you press further it applies the brake and that’s when you shift while using throttle lock
