Sir i keep on forgetting quants subject after 3/4 days i have made a formula book and devise it in 2/3 days And practice 2 q per q per day Can u suggest anything to improve the retention inquants as syllabus is also vast

Repetition is the key. So what you are doing is fine in principle. You just need to keep doing it for another couple of months and you should see some improvement. Also, just mugging up formulas and theorems might be difficult for you so if possible, understand the underlying logic (as if you are going to teach it to someone). That should help build better retention.
Sir i have been reading hindu newspaper for varc from 3 months but still find doing rc's difficult can u suggest anything

Reading Hindu is recommended only to understand writing styles and the flow of the arguments. Solving questions is a different game altogether and that has got little to with the amount of Hindu you are reading. You need to solve, understand and discuss the RC questions to get better at the section.
