Much needed video. Thanks, I was very confused about this section. I think varc will be easy to me. Tried solving few last year papers I was able to solve verbal ability easily, but RC was moderate will require to learn the approach to solve them and practice. I like reading, usually read in kindle format.

Hi, Shweta di. Regarding RC Section I have one doubt, whenever I read long passages online I tend to get lost somewhere in the middle or I lose my attention from the context of the paragraph. Because of this I always need to get back to the start of the paragraph to read it again and comprehend it again. This leads to wastage of time and even if I get the answer right I tend to waste a lot of my time just comprehending the passage. How should I work on this to retain my attention and comprehend the passage at once?

Try reading with your finger for a few days.. or you can use your cursor.. after maybe 3 weeks, slowly start reading without it.. by around 5-6 weeks.. you should be able to read without losing attention. Another trick I use is, I imagine whatever situation is being explained in my head.. so it becomes a story.. if I miss a part of it, I get confused/ even annoyed sometimes🤪.. so.. I stay focused and interested in that way. Hope this helps😊😊

First of all tysm for the efforts you put in.💐 Aeon articles are very lengthy and very difficult too so is it really important to develope reading such articles if one is aiming 98+ in varc?

It would be great if you also mention the precise but wholesome study material for students like us who are self preparing for the exam.. Also tons of thanks for this video..

Hello Shweta, as you said you read 3-5 editorials/day. I have just started. I read "the hindu". Question 1) What do you mean when you say 3-5 editorials. Suppose in the hindu newspaper in the editorial section, there are 3-4 different paragraphs IN TOTAL given, 2 on the left comparatively small and 2 on the right which are large and also BORINGGG. If I read the whole then does it mean I read 4 editorials or just one editorial of a newspaper and I need to read another newspaper editorials ? OR does it mean that when I read only one para on a particular topic in the hindu, it means I read one editorial and 4 different paras means 4 editorials. QUESTION 2) If yes, they are different and one para means one editorial then in total there are 4, right? out of which as I mentioned earlier, 2 are ok, 2 are large! So, do I need to read the large one because I have seen some videos in which the creator says that no need to read as that long paras don't come in CAT! I hope you can understand what I am saying and answer it to the point. SORRY for writing an editorial myself here, hehehehe AND THANKS for the solution
